General Rules

Managing the In-game Market

As far as the management of the in-game market is concerned, the general rules of ICCWin have a few general features:

  • With the exception of horse and greyhound competitions, all bets placed after the scheduled “off” time of the event are considered invalid. The ICCWin bookmaker’s office takes the decision at its own discretion if the event does not have a scheduled “off” time;
  • If the market is not intended to be put into action but is not stopped at the relevant time, all bets placed after the specified “off” time will be invalid. Any bets placed on horse and greyhound races after the stipulated “off” time are invalid.

Results and Market Settlement

The ground rules in the market settlement section are as follows

  • If market data or ICCWin sports rules do not specify how and on what basis the market will be settled, the official governing body makes that decision;
  • If the decision made by the official governing body is not available to ICCWin customers, then the outcome will be decided using information from independent sources;
  • In the event that the decision on the outcome is not determined, ICCWin reserves the right to suspend the settlement of any market until a decision has been made.

Refusals, Cancellations, and Postponements

For individual markets, the rules set out in the section on sports betting and market information applies. However, if the market is not subject to the rules of sports betting i.e. they are not set out, the following provisions for refusals, cancellations, and postponements shall apply.

  • Any match (and the like) which is not completed within 3 days of the scheduled end date of the match will be considered invalid;
  • Any tournament or competition not decided within 90 days of the scheduled end date of the tournament or competition will be considered invalid.

  • For any team sport – if the original venue of the match is changed to the home of the team that was originally away, all bets made before this are invalid;
  • For all sports other than team sports – if the venue of the match changes after the market has been loaded, all bets remain valid;
  • If after the market has been loaded, the type of match venue coverage changes, all bets remain valid.

Changes to the Match Time

Some sports use their own rules for change of match times where which is specified in the market information and rules for sports betting. If the sport has no provisions for such cases, the following rules apply:

  • If the time of the match is changed after the market has been loaded but before the start of the match, all bets made before that time will be invalid;
  • All bets are valid for the entire main time of the match and also include half-time. If extra time, penalties, or similar is used in the match, they do not count for all bets;
  • When these rules mention a certain number of “days”, this means the end of the local day after the expiry of the specified number of days.

Match Bets

Some sports use their own rules from market information and rules for sports betting. If the sport has no provisions for such cases, the following rules apply:

  • The result of single-event bets is determined by the best result, place or time of the contestant or team, depending on the sport. In the event that no competitor has a result at the end of the match, bets on such an event are invalid;
  • In case one of the participants/teams from the match does not take part in this match, bets made on such an event are invalid;
  • If a match is canceled or the time frame is changed so that none of the participants or teams can complete the event (apart from disqualification and withdrawal from the match or tournament), bets on such an event are invalid.

Multiple Bets

Some sports use their own rules from market information and rules for sports betting. If the sport has no provisions for such cases, the following rules apply:

  • A multiple bet consists of bets on multiple legs in a particular sport;
  • ICCWin reserves the right to cancel multiple bets in certain cases at its sole discretion;
  • Customers may only choose from back or lay options within a single leg;
  • The odds for the stage are combined when the customer selects multiple options in a stage to indicate the probability that any option will win or lose. If a customer chooses to bet on multiple options, he must enter each option separately;
  • The BSP will deduct 5% of the odds for each stage of the multiple bet.
